AF | Apartment

We present the project of a newly built apartment created for a young 30 year old boy who is passionate about manga.

The biggest challenge was the irregular layout of the spaces and the small niches present throughout the space. However, we approached every difficulty as a unique opportunity. We transformed the niche near the balcony into a laundry area, making washing clothes more convenient. In the living area, we designed a custom space for a sofa and the owner's large manga collection, but the biggest challenge was in the bathroom, where we integrated a tub/shower into a limited space. In the bedroom, we opted for a bridge solution to maximize the use of space.

The end result is a welcoming, functional and full of personality apartment, demonstrating that creativity can transform even the smallest spaces into extraordinary environments.
